Sprinkler system - George walked the property with the new contractor to adjust sprinkler timing. All zones are now working but we are not optimistic the current system will be sufficient. Unfortunately, this is the best it gets unless we decide to replace the entire system.
Financials - Bob Sparks presented the condo financial results for the last time. Bob and Judy are moving to the sunny south and they will be greatly missed! We appreciate the service provided by Bob!
