Kathy Butler
My husband, three children and myself relocated to the Dublin area in 1981. We fell in love with the people and community and decided this was our last relocation to a new city. After our three kids moved away from home we moved into the Ballantrae Condominiums. I was extensively involved in the schools, zoning and community projects prior to becoming a full time Realtor. Those issues will always be important, but presently my main focus is on family, profession and church.

The Team's Administrative Manager has been a licensed Realtor since 1998, but has been involved in Real Estate since 1995. Dannell is a 5 Million Dollar Club member. She is very efficient and has an eye for detail. She is in the office full time and can handle any need that may arise. Our team and clients are very fortunate to have her.

Jerry Butler
Jerry (my husband), licensed and joined the team in 2004. Jerry is the team's Buyer Representative and brings over 34 years experience of customer service and satisfaction from the IBM Corporation. He won 3 IBM Means Service Awards and was a Services Manager for the last 21 years. Jerry is a Million Dollar Club member and is a welcome addition enhancing the team's flexibility, support and building on the team's customer relations.

24 Years experience in Real Estate as a full time agent, CBR 10 Million Dollar Club, OAR President's Sales Club, Coldwell Banker International Sterling Society, Circle of Excellence Award, Quality Choice Award, 1 Million Dollar Club, two terms on Coldwell Banker Advisory Council and Coldwell Banker King Thompson Pacesetter Awards. Pam is affiliated with the National Board of Realtors and the Columbus Board of Realtors. Pam is also a graduate of Franklin University.

After graduating with honors from the Ohio State University, I remained in the Columbus area to pursue a successful career in banking and mortgage.
